Everything you need to prepare, plan, and arrive race-ready. Schedule, aid stations, gear, policies, and more.
Race Day
The Pemby Pounder is a point-to-point trail running experience on the Mackenzie trail network at the base of Mount Currie. All distances start and finish at Den Duyf Park — 90%+ singletrack, stunning mountain scenery, and the warmest finish-line community you'll find at a trail race.
Race Day
All times are for Saturday June 20, 2026 at Den Duyf Park. Package pickup is on race morning before your start window.
On Course
Precision Hydration electrolyte and water will be available at every aid station. Please bring your own soft flasks or a collapsible cup so you can refill as needed. Compostable cups will be provided at select stations for RedBull — these must go into the bins provided. Do not run with them and dump them on the trail.
Cut-Off Times
42K overall cut-off: 9h30. Two cut-off points: 12:45pm @ ~28K Aid Station (Mosquito Lake Road) and 2pm @ ~33K Aid Station (Sunstone to Lake - Old Foch Rd).
22K: No cut-off time, but this is a challenging course — please come trained and prepared. If you need to drop out, get to the nearest aid station. If you cannot move, ask a fellow runner to pass the message along. Please do not exit the course without telling someone.
